Having spent decades delivering complex residential schemes in West London, Nick recognised that many challenges in Dubai do not stem from ambition or creativity, but from how projects are organised, coordinated and controlled. #nu was established to introduce clarity where processes are often fragmented, ensuring that design intent survives construction and that delivery aligns with long-term ownership, not short-term presentation.
