Gary Briscoe

Gary Briscoe is Construction Director at NU Dubai. With over 25 years of experience delivering high-end projects in the UK and internationally, Gary is responsible for ensuring design intent becomes a reality on site. He brings deep knowledge of construction sequencing, subcontractor management, health & safety, and quality control.

Known for his hands-on approach, Gary manages everything from site set-up and structural works through to finishes and final handover. His expertise covers basement construction, structural reconfigurations, and large-scale villa builds, with a focus on minimising defects and safeguarding programme and cost.

At NU Dubai, Gary ensures that British construction standards are upheld, working closely with Lynsay Bell Manson (Architecture Director) and Nick Roemer (Interior Design Director) to deliver seamless, defect-free projects tailored to the region’s climate and lifestyle.
