Lynsay Bell Manson is Architecture Director at NU Dubai. With Scottish roots and a career spanning the UK, Europe and the Middle East, she brings both heritage and international perspective to the practice. Her focus is on designing homes that are not only beautiful, but perform sustainably in Dubai’s climate.

Lynsay is deeply passionate about passive living—designing buildings that naturally regulate temperature, reduce energy use and enhance wellbeing. She applies this philosophy to new-build villas, basements, and structural reconfigurations, ensuring that every project delivers long-term comfort and value.

Having led international projects across multiple regions, Lynsay has developed a reputation for blending local character with global best practice. At NU Dubai, she works closely with engineers, interior designers and project managers to deliver seamless, buildable architecture that reflects both ambition and practicality.
